Passing the Baton: Empowering Others to Continue the Mission

Context:

After the worship service, we often hold short meetings to discuss ministry updates and plans. Recently, I shared that I will be stepping away from my roles in teaching English, Bible studies, and leading cell groups due to my involvement with the Christ For All Nations organization. However, I am confident that the students and church members I’ve trained will take charge of these ministries. Their dedication and passion give me peace of mind, knowing that God’s work will continue to flourish. Together, we are building a legacy of faith and service

Main Points:

A Season of Service: For the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of translating for the Christ For All Nations organization, teaching English, and Bible studies, and leading cell groups.

Transitioning Responsibilities: As I prepare to step away for a period, I am entrusting these important duties to capable hands—my dedicated students and church members.

Empowering Leaders: I have assigned roles to ensure the continuity of English classes, computer classes, and cell groups, confident in their ability to lead and inspire.

Building a Strong Foundation: By training and empowering others, we ensure that the work of spreading God’s Word and serving the community continues to thrive.

A Team Effort: Our church is a family, and together, we can carry on the mission of teaching, mentoring, and growing in faith.

Gratitude and Trust: I am deeply grateful for the commitment of my students and church members, and I trust God will guide them as they take on these responsibilities.
